These were captured on a recent classic car rally, featuring mostly VWs. Not ideal lighting or positioning of vehicles, but what ya gonna do?

The End of the Summer
These images were shot in October when the Summer seemed to be hanging on for an unusual amount of time. Now mid-November, the sun & temperature already seem a distant memory.

Street Art in Stokes Croft, Bristol
Art or vandalism? I've no idea, but the people that do this, I feel, are talented if sometimes a little bizarre. Either way, I enjoy the images and find they make interesting photographic subjects, especially the dark & quirky images.

Kyshera at The Exchange, Bristol
Kyshera are a trio I discovered supporting the Daylight Fireworks a few years back. Sound-wise, they remind me a bit of Rush but on steroids.
Being a bit further away in Cardiff, opportunities have been a bit limited and it was short notice but I didn't want to pass it up.

Uber Cute
A recent trip to a Bird of Prey centre and again, I found their Labradors photogenic; especially when it's a puppy chewing a twig.

James May or Ian Gillan?
This chap reminded me of Ian Gillan during the 80s or perhaps James May from a couple of years ago.
Either way, I did dig the Van Halen T-shirt

Arnos Vale Cemetery
A trip out shooting one of my favourite subjects for black & white photography at Arnos Vale cemetery . An old Meyer Trioplan lens was a must for its vintage look and extreme bokeh when used with wide apertures.

Classic Cars
It seems like a winter is never going to end. The weather, plus other activities have gotten in the way, but I did manage to get out at the weekend to the Atwell-Wilson motor museum in Calne,

Bristol Ferry Boats - Victim of the Economy
Bristol Ferry Boats sat unused now that the company are no longer trading. It seems odd to go to the harbour and not see these operating.
