More Snow Photographs

I made a visit to one of my favourite locations as I had a feeling that the sunset would again be spectacular.  I wasn't disappointed.  I got to the footpath around 3pm so I had time to get some daylight shots first.

But then as the sun started to set, the more interesting light was captured.

Note the heartshape in the icicle.
The daylight images were taken with a Sigma 17-70mm lens, the sunset photos were taken with a Helios 44-2 (1st pic) & Pentacon 135mm present lens with a flourescent correction filter.  A Nikon SB-28 was used off camera in images 1, 3 & 7.
